How does it work?  - When you reserve your accommodation with us you are guaranteed to be allocated at least the type of room you have booked, or possibly higher. You will be allocated in any of the hotels / apartments mentioned to the left, on a self catering or room only basis, what’s more is that if you wish to upgrade to Breakfast, Half Board or All Inclusive, San Miguel Ibiza have negotiated fixed reduced rates for pre booking, or you can just wait until you arrive and do it locally.
 
When will I know where I will be staying? - When you arrive in to Puerto san Miguel you will go directly to the San Miguel Ibiza office located in between the resort centre. You will check in here and be told which complex you have been allocated for your stay, one of our friendly staff will then show you to you room, and help you settle in. However if we do know before hand we will let you know as soon as we do, and although not guaranteed we will take a preference from you as to where you would like to stay.
How do I make a reservation? -  Again very straight forward, once you have chosen your dates, (remember there is no lengthy availability checks, as we have guaranteed availability) along with your contact details we will be in touch to arrange taking a 25% deposit, with the rest payable on your arrival. –
