Balansat and Torremar Apartments

This apartment complex has a total of 120 apartments and studios sleeping 450 customers when full to capacity. The first apartments were built in 1989 and have constantly grown and evolved. studios and 1 bedroom apartments sleep up to 4 and 2 bedroom apartments sleep up to 6. Originally self catering there is now a range of board options from breakfast only to all inclusive. The complex sits in an enviable position, just metres from the beach with all the resort amenities close by.
 
The complex is split between Balansat, Torremar, and Balansat Prestige Apartments, They range in ratings from 1 key (Balansat) to 4 key (Prestige) allowing all budgets to be accommodated. The complex features 2 swimming pools, A children's water park, 2 bar/restaurants (one of which is all inclusive) and has a supermarket and souvenir shop, as well as a late night bar all within it's grounds. Entertainment is provided in house, with occasional professional acts. although live music is available almost every night at Casey’s Irish Bar. The Prestige apartments offer unrivalled luxury and look directly on to the beach. As a guide this complex is popular with couples, groups and families throughout the season.
